KnowThinkLead is run by Kelvin Lamb through KTL Consulting, a sole proprietorship based in South Africa. It provides the Epistemic Alignment Audit, the Organisational Practice Profile and a new-hire screening tool for school leaders.

The tools grew out of a practical question for schools: do staff share the same understanding of the words in their vision, and does their teaching reflect it?

Kelvin works with schools directly on pilots and staff sessions.
